    The case is gorgeous

    I bought the case as a Christmas present and my daughter loves it.

    I was a worried when it hadn’t turned up after a month and a half so I contacted Etoile and they explained they’d had difficulty with stock. Luckily it arrived on Christmas Eve Eve.

    You did it again!!!

    I purchased the Duo Vanity Case as a Christmas gift for my beautiful daughter in law. The quality of the product was excellent as I have come to expect but the excellence in customer service still takes me by surprise. Elle responded so quickly and openly to my concerns regarding delivery timing and everything was as promised. My pre order arrived on time as promised despite some hiccups out of her control. Could not recommend the product or the customer service highly enough !! Thanks Elle
